CONSTITUTION: A casing(1) of a cellular phone(100) has a flip structure doubly divided by a hinge portion(6). A display(4) and a speaker(7) are formed in a display side(1a). An operating panel(8) and a microphone(9) are formed in an operating side(1b). An analog crystal clock(50) is formed on a surface(1c) which is the outside in a state in which the casing(1) is closed.
