PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve improved screen quality by removing the LiF or LiO2 layer from the gap formed between the ground line and cathode electrode of the device. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display device comprises a substrate constituted by an array portion(109) and a ground line portion; an organic light emitting portion formed in the array portion of the substrate, wherein the organic light emitting portion includes a first electrode and a second electrode; a ground line(107) formed in the ground line portion in such a manner that the ground line contacts the second electrode of the organic light emitting portion; and an insulation film formed beneath the first electrode formed in the array portion. |
