PURPOSE: A production method of a flavoring sauce is provided. The produced flavoring sauce is used for marinating meat or as dressing for barbecue. CONSTITUTION: To produce a flavoring sauce, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 tablespoons of edible oil and 10 to 14 cloves of garlic are roasted without burning, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 onions are finely cut and roasted without burning, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 tablespoons of tomato catchup are stirred in a vessel and then added with 1.5L of water when the catchup has become to stick to the vessel. Thereafter, 1.8 to 2.3L of soy sauce, 140 to 180ml of vinegar, 1 bottle of wine, 1 bottle of distilled liquor, 1/3 to 3/4 teaspoon of basil powder, 1 to 2 leaves of bay, 270 to 330g of sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoon of MSG are heated with stirring, strained and heated with 450 to 550g of sugar. |
