PURPOSE: To provide a buckle for solving the problems of damage and durability of an inserting piece. CONSTITUTION: This buckle has a male member 10 and a female member 20 for inserting-locking this male member 10. The male member 10 has a male member body 11, the elastically deformable inserting piece 15 formed in the male member body, a locking object surface 18 formed in the inserting piece and an operation part 17 formed in the inserting piece and elastically deforming the inserting piece. The female member 20 has a female member body 21, an inserting hole 23 formed in the female member body and inserting the inserting piece of the male member, a locking surface 27 formed in the inserting hole and locking the male member on the female member by engaging with the locking object surface of the inserting piece and an opening part 25 for exposing the operation part of the male member to an outside surface when locking the locking object surface of the inserting piece on the locking surface. The opening part is cut out toward the inside of obverse-reverse walls 21B and 21C from a side wall 21A among a peripheral wall of the female member for forming the inserting hole, and has a projection part 28 projecting in a side wall side opening on the side wall side opening edge 26B. |
