PURPOSE: A method for preparing a urethane acryl aqueous emulsion for the recoating of leather is provided, to improve the heat resistance, the abrasion resistance and the covering property of the coating of leather. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps stirring 94-96 wt% of polyethylene glycol and 4-6 wt% of maleic acid at 240-260 deg.C for 3-4 hours to obtain an ester resin; mixing 100 wt% of the obtained ester resin with 18-22 wt% of methyl methacrylate, 19-22 wt% of ethyl acrylate, 10-15 wt% of butyl acrylate, 45-50 wt% of acrylic acid, 1-5 wt% of 2-methylaminoethyl methacrylic acid, 4-6 wt% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 0.1-1 wt% of an azo-based initiator, to obtain an acryl ester resin; and adding 12-15 wt% of the obtained acryl ester resin to the aqueous urethane binder production step to obtain a urethane acryl aqueous emulsion. |
