PURPOSE: An apron device enabling upper and lower combined use and cleaning according to material to be processed is provided to prevent scale and scratch flaws continuously generated according to contact between the foreign materials and lower surface of final finish rolling completed strip by regularly removing foreign materials stuck to an upper surface of apron. CONSTITUTION: The apron device enabling upper and lower combined use and cleaning according to material to be processed comprises a moving block unit part comprising a plurality of movable aprons(50) installed on a roller table(13), a shaft(60) integrally connected to an other side of the aprons(50), a plurality of pinion gears(65) inserted into the center of the shaft(60), a rack gear(77) moved straightly with being gear connected to the pinion gears(65), a driving pinion gear rotated with being gear connected to the rack gear(77), a driving shaft(72) inserted into the driving pinion gear so that the driving shaft(72) is connected to the driving pinion gear, a driving motor(70) for rotating the driving shaft(72), a moving block(80) positioned at a lower part of the driving motor(70), and a lower driving cylinder(88) positioned at the center of one side of the moving block(80) to move the moving block(80); and a wiper part(102) comprising a post(91) installed between the moving block(80) and aprons(50), a wiper beam(92) rested on an upper part of the post(91), and a wiper(90) attached to a wiper casting(93) positioned at a lower side of the wiper beam(92) to clean the aprons(50).
