PURPOSE: A miss convergence correction apparatus for a deflection yoke is provided to enhance a performance of a deflection yoke by controlling a magnetic flux created at the deflection coil. CONSTITUTION: A miss convergence correction apparatus comprises a first and a second coma free coils connected to a main part of a vertical coil in parallel, a variable resistor connected to an end of the first and the second coma free coils in parallel, a third and a fourth coma free coils for receiving a voltage applied to the variable resistor, and a variable resistor for controlling an YHC miss convergence connected to the third and the fourth coma free coils in parallel in order to control an amount of current flowing to the third and the fourth coma free coils according to a voltage applied to a connection point between the third coma free coil and the fourth coma free coil.
