PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a silicone earplug is provided to prevent the solidification of the earplug by mixing liquid silicone and silicone gel into the earplug. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a silicone earplug comprises the steps of: mixing liquid silicone and silicone gel into mixed silicone by a stirrer(10)(S1); injecting the mixed silicone into a vacuum device(12), and removing air from the mixed silicone(S2); filling the mixed silicone into a mold; and conveying the mold by a conveyor belt, and heating and hardening the mixed silicone.
