PURPOSE: A wiring device is provided to allow for ease of wiring work by maintaining the speed of cable winding or drawing operation constant. CONSTITUTION: A wiring device comprises a hydraulic pump operating by an engine output; a hydraulic control valve connected to the center channel of the hydraulic pump, wherein the hydraulic control valves control operation of a hydraulic motor; the hydraulic motor for rotating a driving roller of a cable bobbin driving unit; the driving roller for rotating the cable bobbin; and a hydraulic motor control unit(70). The hydraulic motor control unit includes a detection unit(71) for detecting the physical information related to the linear velocity of the cable during the cable winding or drawing operation and outputting the detected physical information in an electrical signal; a control unit(72) for receiving the signal output from the detection unit and controlling the rotating speed of the hydraulic motor by outputting a flow control signal for maintaining the cable at a predetermined linear velocity; and a transmitting/receiving unit(73) for transmitting/receiving the preset value of the linear velocity to/from the other wiring device equipped with the cable bobbin unit wound with the end of the cable being wound or drawn.
