SLEEP-TYPE DYNAMIC FORCE TRANSMISSION DEVICE HAVING BACKLASH REMOVING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A sleep-type dynamic force transmission device having a backlash removing function is provided to configure a driving gear into dual gears in which an upper gear is coaxially combined with a lower gear, thereby removing a backlash caused in a coupled portion of the gears. CONSTITUTION: A sleep gear(2) is combined with an outer circumference of a cap(1). A driving gear is rotatively installed between the cap(1) and the sleep gear(2). Frictional members(4,4') are installed on upper/lower sides of the driving gear. Springs(5) are interposed between the cap(1) and the upper frictional member(4). The driving gear is configured into dual gears(10) in which an upper gear(11) is coupled with a lower gear(12). A contact projection(11a) is formed on a lower side of the upper gear(11), and an inclined concave groove(12a) is formed along a circumferential direction on an upper side of the lower gear(12), to insert the contact projection(11a) into the inclined concave groove(12a).
