SENSE AMPLIFIER HAVING SYNCHRONOUS RESET OR ASYNCHRONOUS RESET FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A sense amplifier having a synchronous reset or an asynchronous reset function is provided to realize easily a fast speed. CONSTITUTION: The first sense amplifier part(11) generates an output signal by sensing and amplifying an input signal in response to a clock signal. The second sense amplifier part(13) generates a complementary signal of the above output signal by sensing and amplifying a complementary signal of the above input signal in response to the above clock signal. The first control part(15) is connected to the first sense amplifier and sets the output signal in response to the reset signal and an inversion signal of the reset signal. The second control part(17) is connected to the second sense amplifier and resets the complementary signal of the output signal in response to the reset signal and an inversion signal of the reset signal. And a current source(19) is connected to the first sense amplifier part and the second sense amplifier part and the first control part and the second control part, and responds to the clock signal.
