PURPOSE: A method for molding parts manufactured by composite materials and a device thereof are provided to improve the rigidity of the part by molding the parts gradually, and to increase the productivity by connecting bushings firmly. CONSTITUTION: For molding parts manufactured by composite materials, a pile(2) for plies(20) arranged from a fiber web laid on thermosetting or thermoplastic materials is arranged in a mold(1), and the mold is exposed at the specific pressure and temperature. The pile for plies is formed gradually in the mold at low pressure and low speed, and remaining materials(21) from the edge of the mold are removed. The mold is tightened, and pressure is increased. The temperature of the mold is increased, and the mold is cooled quickly.
