PURPOSE: A three-dimensional sign with an improved structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ease manufacturing, carrying and installation, and to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The three-dimensional sign has main bodies(10,50) made of styrofoam materials. Particularly, the rear surface of the main body(50) has a light source(40), frames(30) for securing or fixing the light source(40) and for reinforcing the main bodies(10,50), and an insertion groove(51) through which the frames(30) is fixed inside the rear surface. The frame(30) of the horizontal direction has an elastic plate(31) for supporting the light source(40), and the frame(30) of the vertical direction is embedded in the rear surface of the main body(50) to prevent the main bodies(10,50) from being broken down by external shocks.
