PURPOSE: An inorganic pigment composition without decoloration and discoloration and having excellent chemical, heat and ultraviolet resistance by reacting loess and silica sand with FeSO3 and then mixing ultramarine pigment and a dispersing agent is provided which has a long service life as compared to other products and reduces production cost. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic pigment composition is prepared by mixing 30 to 50% by weight of fine powder mixture of loess and silica sand in a ratio of 0.5 : 2 : to 2 : 0.5 with 20 to 40% by weight of FeSO3 to give ferric oxide, introducing 10 to 30% by weight of ultramarine pigment to maintain stability of a color and then mixing 5 to 15% by weight of a dispersing agent. The mixing ratio of loess and silica sand is 1 : 1.
