DATA DRIVING CIRCUIT OF LCD

PURPOSE: A data driving circuit of an LCD is provided to drive the liquid crystal under a low voltage by using a level shifter to control the grounding potential of an output buffer. CONSTITUTION: A data driving circuit of an LCD includes a latch(210), a D/A converter(220), an output buffer(230), and a level shifter(300). The latch(210) latches the digital image signals by sampling the digital image signals in data lines. The D/A converter(220) is used for converting the digital image signals of the latch(210) to analog signals according to a reference voltage of a gamma power supply. The output buffer(230) is used for amplifying the analog signals and outputting the amplified signals to a data line of an LCD panel. The level shifter(300) is used for elevating or maintaining an output level of the output buffer(230).
