METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRICAL WIRE CAPABLE OF BLOCKING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrical wire capable of blocking electromagnetic waves is provided to improve the effect of electromagnetic waves blocking by using an electrical wire on which a current flows. CONSTITUTION: An electrical wire is comprised of a copper wire(5). A PVC(polyvinyl chloride)(4) is coated on the copper wire(5). A copper wire(3) is tightly wound on the PVC(4) in two turns. The copper wire(3) has a diameter of 0.5mm. A nichrome wire(2) is tightly wound on the copper wire(3). The nichrome wire(2) has a diameter of 0.5mm. A coating agent is comprised of an aluminum powder of 3 mole and an oak charcoal of 7 mole. The coating agent(1) of 3 mole is mixed with a PVC of 10 mole to become a coating material(1). The coating material(1) is coated on the nichrome wire(2).
