PURPOSE: A water-saving device having a deodorizing function is provided to deodorize the smell produced after stool and easily remove stool by automatically discharging water after stool if a user is away at over a predetermined distance. CONSTITUTION: A water-saving device having a deodorizing function comprises a sensing unit outputting a corresponding sensing signal if a user is relieving nature or the user leaves a water closet; a control unit outputting a corresponding control signal, to discharge the smell produced while relieving nature or the stool in the water closet; a connecting passage-opening and shutting-driving unit outputting a driving signal, to open and shut a connecting passage for discharging the smell; a blower-driving unit outputting a driving signal for discharging the smell; a connecting passage-opening and shutting motor(500) receiving a driving signal of the connecting passage-opening and shutting-driving unit and rotating; a connecting passage shutoff plate(600) opened and shut, to deodorize the smell by the rotation of the connecting passage-opening and shutting motor; a blower motor(700) receiving the driving signal of the blower-driving unit and rotating; a blower rotating to deodorize the smell by the rotation of the blower motor; a sewage discharge-driving unit outputting a driving signal for discharging sewage; a washing water supply-driving unit outputting a driving signal for supplying the sewage discharge-washing water; a sewage discharge motor(1100) receiving the driving signal of the sewage discharge-driving unit and rotating; a washing water supply motor receiving the driving signal of the washing water supply-driving unit and rotating; a sewage discharge outlet shutoff plate(1300) opened and shut to discharge the stool of the water closet to a sewage discharge passage by the rotation of the sewage discharge motor; and a washing water supply valve(1400) supplying washing water to the water closet by the rotation of the washing water supply motor.
