PURPOSE: A construction method for an eco-friendly slope using porous permeable concrete is provided to stabilize a levee and a slope, to purify polluted rivers and to construct an eco-friendly and safe slope. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for an eco-friendly slope using porous permeable concrete comprises the steps of: leveling up an incline of a river, an embankment, the open-cut area and a levee or a riverbed; installing a wire net or a mesh(10) on the incline or the embankment; filling up the wire net or the mesh(10) with filler which is porous permeable concrete(11) made of waste construction materials or aggregate having many pores; filling up pores of filler with organic filler(13) composed of soil, natural organic compound or zymotic fertilizer; completing the assemblage of a net by covering up the wire net or the mesh(10) with a cover(14); and scattering the wire net or the mesh(10) with seeds, then covering with soil(12).
