PURPOSE: A method for synchronizing between the terminal devices and an apparatus for the same are provided to realize multi synchronization without increasing a frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A method for synchronizing between the terminal devices includes the steps of: selecting two frequencies at a predetermined frequency bandwidth in the audio information signal(510-520); generating data related to the synchronization signal and the audio information signal(530); mixing the data with the audio information signal by using the two frequencies as a carrier wave(550-560).
