PURPOSE: A locking apparatus of a cabinet is provided to have an effect that the door of the cabinet is not open until the lock is unlocked. CONSTITUTION: A locking apparatus of a cabinet includes a body(1), a fixing iron piece(4), a moving iron piece(9) and a bending rod. The fixing iron piece(4) is attached to the front surface of the body(1) for using as a handle by attaching to the door of the cabinet. The moving iron piece(9) is attached to the locking rod(6) so as to receive the elastic force of the spring between the rear surface of the body(10) and the cover(5). And, the bending rod of the lock(5) is inserted into the hole of the fixing iron piece(4). A feeder(31) is formed on the inner diameter of the hole(3) of the fixing iron piece(4) and a groove(20) is formed on one side of the hole(8) of the moving iron piece(9). When the bending rod of the lock is inserted into the holes(8,3), the fixing iron piece(4) and the moving iron piece(9) do not expand by hanging the feeder(31) on the hooking jaw(25) since the crossbar(26) is inserted into the hole in response to the diameter of the bending rod.
