PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a multi-box is provided to reduce vibration and noise by forming a plurality of auxiliary coupling members between an instrument panel and the multi-box. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for coupling a multi-box to an instrument panel(1), the instrument panel is composed of a urethane foam layer(3), a core layer(4), and a skin layer(2). A plurality of holes(5) are formed at the skin layer and the urethane foam layer. The multi-box includes a cover plate having a plurality of coupling holes, and a containing unit(10) integrated with the cover plate. A plurality of auxiliary coupling members(20) are formed at the cover plate, and are coupled to the holes.
