PURPOSE: A heat restoring sleeve and an assembly are provided to prevent damages of thermal contraction fiber by increasing the restoring force of the sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A heat restoring sleeve(10) comprises a polymer sheet(12) which is cross linked and stretched and has a restoring property when applied with a heat; and a reinforced textile buried in the polymer sheet and woven with a cross linked fiber(14) and a heat stability fiber(16). The cross linked fiber is stretched and cross linked to have a thermal contraction and disposed in the restoring direction. The heat stability fiber is arranged in the perpendicular direction with respect to the restoring direction. The heat restoring sleeve restores by the restoring forces of the polymer sheet and the fiber.
