PURPOSE: An RC oscillator is provided to easily compensate capacitance distorted during the manufacturing process of the chip by increasing the capacitance value using an auxiliary capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An RC oscillator includes a first invertor(310), a second invertor(320), a variable capacitor(330) and a third invertor(340). The input terminal of the first invertor(310) is connected to the first node(A) for performing the inversion operation. The input terminal of the second invertor(320) is connected to the output terminal of the first invertor(310), and the output terminal of the second invertor(320) is connected to the second node(B) to perform the inversion operation. The variable capacitor(330) is connected between the first node(A) and the second node(B) to control the capacitance value thereof by adjusting the connection of the inner capacitor. And, the input terminal of the third invertor(340) is connected to the second node(B) to perform the inversion operation.
