PURPOSE: A display device is provided to minimize the releasing of screws which couples a display part with a casing by modifying the screw-coupling structure. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a display part, a PCB assembly for transmitting video signals to the display part, a casing(20), and ears(14). The casing receives and supports the display part and the PCB assembly, and has bosses protruded from corner areas of inner wall surfaces. The casing is formed of front and rear casing parts(21,22) respectively formed with screw coupling holes(25) and screw coupling parts, wherein first screws(41) are coupled with the screw coupling parts by penetrating the coupling holes. The ears are mounted to the corner areas and formed with coupling holes corresponding to the bosses. A washer(30) has a rotation preventing grooves(31) to be engaged with rotation preventing protrusions(16) of the ears by second screws(42). When mounting the display part to the front casing part by the second screws and the washer, the rotation of the washer is prevented and the second screws are prevented from rotating.
