PURPOSE: Provided is a method for changing to an aging mode of a kimchi refrigerator in which the change from a storage mode to an aging mode is controlled only by pushing an aging selection button. Therefore, it prevents misoperation by a user and power loss while allowing the user to conveniently and easily change the storage mode to the aging mode. CONSTITUTION: A method for changing to an aging mode comprises the steps of: driving an operation part/selection display part for initializing a system and driving an operation part/selection display part by supplying power; operating a storage course for operating a storehouse according to a storage mode set by pushing a storage selection button of the operation part; changing to an aging mode by pushing an aging selection button of the operation part during the operation of the storage course; and operating an aging course for setting the kind of kimchi and aging and the degree of aging, and operating the storehouse by operating an aging condition setting part of the operation part in the aging mode.
