PURPOSE: A shoe outsole finishing apparatus is provided to finish a shoe outsole finishing process, drying process and a UV irradiation process at the same place. CONSTITUTION: Workbenches(1a,1b) each having a predetermined size and provided at the left and right with working areas are formed in their longitudinal direction. Space portions(29) are formed at both opposite ends of the workbenches(1a,1b) and integrally coupled to the workbenches(1a,1b). A placement table(24) is formed along the length of the workbenches(1a,1b) in conjunction with the upper part of the space portions(29). A power(26) is formed at one side adjacent to both space portions(29) and provides the operation of the apparatus. A freezer(15) freezes heat of an irradiating chamber(3) and provides waste heat to a preheating chamber(2). A basket(4) feeds a working items while circulatory moving on the workbenches(1a,1b) and the placement table(24).
