PURPOSE: A structure for preventing crack of a radiator core is provided to prevent heat distortion of a welded part between a core header and a tube due to difference of temperature of coolant passing a radiator and water leakage. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing plates(30) are attached to an inside of a core header(26) on corners of a radiator core on which crack occurs frequently due to heat distortion. The reinforcing plates expand welded area when ends of tubes(24) are welded to the core header to prepare for frequent fluctuation of temperature of coolant and prevent crack. The reinforcing plate is formed to be curved correspondingly with a shape of a surface of the core header so as to be attached to the inside of the core header, and has a penetrating hole(31) to allow the end of the tube to be inserted thereto. Thickness of the reinforcing plate is 0.7-1mm. The reinforcing plate is placed on the inside of the core header before the tube is welded to the core header. The reinforcing plate is formed from the corner of the radiator core to a tenth row as crack occurs most frequently on a part of the radiator core from the corner to a first row or a third row.
