PURPOSE: Lower anchor structure for mounting a baby seat is provided to reinforce a lower anchor for mounting the baby seat without reinforcing a seat back or additionally installing a hinge bracket. CONSTITUTION: In lower anchor structure for mounting a baby seat, a webbing plate(4) is installed to a lower member(2a) of a seat back frame(2) forming an inner frame of a back seat, and a flexible webbing(3) is connected between the webbing plate and the floor(1) of a vehicle body. One end of the webbing is fixed to the webbing plate and the other end of the webbing is fixed to the floor of the vehicle body.
