PURPOSE: A power saver is provided to suppress surges in the transmission line and cuts off harmful waves including electromagnetic interference, while achieving improved power factor. CONSTITUTION: A power saver comprises a plurality of over-voltage suppressing members(Z1 to Z6) connected in parallel between an R-terminal and an N-terminal; a resistor(R3) and a capacitor(C1) connected in serial between the R-terminal and the N-terminal; a plurality of over-voltage suppressing members(Z7 to Z12) connected in parallel between an S-terminal and an N-terminal; a resistor(R6) and a capacitor(C2) connected in serial between the S-terminal and the N-terminal; a plurality of over-voltage suppressing members(Z13 to Z18) connected in parallel between a T-terminal and the N-terminal; a resistor(R9) and a capacitor(C3) connected in serial between the T-terminal and the N-terminal; a plurality of over-voltage suppressing members(Z19 to Z24) connected in parallel between a G-terminal and the N-terminal; a resistor(R10) and a capacitor(C4) connected in serial between the G-terminal and the N-terminal; a plurality of over-voltage suppressing members(Z25,Z26) connected in serial between an R-terminal and the S-terminal; a diode(D2), resistors(R4,R5) and a lamp(DS2) connected in serial between the R-terminal and the S-terminal; a plurality of over-voltage suppressing members(Z27,Z28) connected in serial between the S-terminal and the T-terminal; a diode(D2), resistors(R7,R8) and a lamp(DS3) connected in serial between the S-terminal and the T-terminal; a plurality of over-voltage suppressing members(Z29,Z30) connected in serial between the T-terminal and the R-terminal; a diode(D1), resistors(R1,R2) and a lamp(DS1) connected in serial between the T-terminal and the R-terminal; a copper region; and a silicon oxide region.
