The real time surface irradiation method has a surface object (1.1) irradiated by a light source (2) of low intensity. Part of the light is reflected by a light separator (3) towards a mirror (4) and to a video camera (5). The video signal is processed and passed to a control system (7.3) controlling the active projection surface (7.21) and the surface object. The projection system is placed to pass through the light separator in the opposite direction to the diffused light.
