PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system monitor and control system which can confirm a fault analysis and the operation of a transmission apparatus without a maintenance crew visiting it. SOLUTION: The power system monitor and control system which transmits state information of a power system facility via a transmission line and a repeating unit includes a transmission unit having a function of receiving transmission data from one transmission line and transmitting the data to other transmission line and a function of detecting its own unit state, the repeating unit having a transmission state informing unit for inputting detection information of the transmission unit, and a transmission monitor unit for receiving information from the informing unit of the repeating unit and batch monitoring the information.
