METHOD FOR SCREEN PRINTING AND APPARATUS FOR SCREEN PRINTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screen printing capable of sticking uniformly and bulkily a paste-like substance corresponding to an ink onto an article to be printed, and an apparatus for screen printing. SOLUTION: The article to be printed is placed on a stage face of a printing stage through which a magnetic flux can leak from the underside of the stage to the upper face of the stage. A screen mask has a spacer for screen printing and a screen plate arranged on one face thereof and contains a ferromagnetic material. Through-holes are made at specified positions on the screen plate. The second through-holes with a larger diameter than these through-holes are arranged on the spacer for screen mask printing so as to overlap the through-hole positions. The spacer side for screen printing of the screen mask is brought into plane contact with the top face of the article to be printed placed, and the paste is filled into the through-holes of the screen mask by means of a squeegee provided on the opposite face side to the article to be printed of the screen mask, and the screen mask having the filled paste in the through-holes is separated from the article to be printed.
