PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which facilitates an adjustment of a voltage to be impressed to a plurality of heads, miniaturizes a head driving circuit and is capable of high-speed and beautiful printing, and to provide an adjusting method of a printer. SOLUTION: In the printer which is equipped with the head driving circuit for discharging ink drops by a predetermined ink discharging condition from a plurality of heads, and prints picture information outputted from a picture information output means, a first voltage adjusting means for adjusting the voltage to be impressed in common to the plurality of heads, and a second voltage adjusting means for adjusting the voltage to be impressed in accordance with individual differences of each head are set at the head driving circuit.
