PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform image synthesis according to an information file describing the content concerning to an image. SOLUTION: A PC card is recorded with a plurality of images and an information file describing the content concerning these images. When an image being synthesized is selected from the PC card by operating an operating section 101 and image synthesis setting is performed for the selected image, the content concerning the synthesis image thus set is added to the information file of the PC card.
