PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet in which information can be clearly visible through a base material of the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet when a face on which the information is written is exposed to the surface, and an information recording paper as the base material is stuck as it is can be simply torn into the arbitrary direction and is easily discarded. SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive adhesive sheet has heat-sensitive adhesive layers 12a and 12b respectively with a different releasing strength on both faces of an easily torn transparent film base material 11 on which a plurality of fine holes 11a are formed.
