PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition mask for consistently depositing electrodes of an organic EL display device having sectional shapes not to be raised from a surface to be vapor-deposited and preventing a vapor deposition film from going around with high accuracy, and the organic electroluminescence display device. SOLUTION: The vapor deposition mask for depositing an anode and a cathode of an organic EL display device so as to be orthogonal to each other comprises a frame body 7 to demarcate a mask peripheral part, and a plurality of resin fiber parts 6 stretched between sides facing each other of the frame body 7 along one direction, and a surface in contact with surfaces to be vapor-deposited of the resin fiber parts 6 constitutes a flat portion.
