PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin-mixed mortar by coal ash recycling in order to treat an industrial waste and solve the problem with a high cost of a conventional mortar product. SOLUTION: A mortar-like material obtained by mixing coal ash 1 with a synthetic resin 2 is poured in a mold 4, giving a mortar substitute 3 as a product by recycling coal ash. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
