PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and reduce weight in a transport vehicle, and reduce frequency of maintenance. SOLUTION: In transferring a parts container 60 at parts loading and unloading positions (parts loading position 10 and parts unloading position 40) to the transport vehicle 50, a feed side terminal 31 is moved to be connected to a receiving side terminal 57, and power is supplied from a power source 32 provided at the parts loading/unloading position 10/40 to a conveyor 53A/53B (transfer means) on the transport vehicle 50. After transfer, the feed side terminal 31 is disconnected from the receiving side terminal 57, so that the transport vehicle 50 is capable of traveling. Batteries need not be mounted on the transport vehicle 50 to drive the conveyor 53A/53B, so that structure simplicity and light weight of the transport vehicle 50 can be achieved, and that maintenance such as battery replacement and charging becomes unnecessary.
