PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair care device which can effectively care hair by using minus ions. SOLUTION: This hair care device has a heating plate 115 with heater 123 to heat hair and a movable plate 117 movable supported by a movable support point part 116 to cramp and heat hair. The device is equipped with a minus ion generator to generate minus ions by discharge. A minus ion outlet to discharge anions generated by the minus ion generator to the cramped and heated hair is installed on the cramping face to cramp and heat hair. An ion electrode of the minus ion generator is set on a position in the vicinity of the ion outlet and facing the ion outlet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
