PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly display the reproducing time at a prescribed time interval even when the time length of one frame is long. SOLUTION: A frame length calculation part 14 calculates the reproducing time (frame length) of one frame from frame header information, and when the frame length is shorter than a set time, a P-Time management part 17 integrates each frame length at each frame detection and displays the reproducing time. If the integrated frame length is longer than the set time, each frame length is integrated for every frame detection, the reproducing time is displayed, and in a frame section, intra-device clock time is added in the reproducing time and the reproducing time is displayed.
