PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by facilitating setting of a stand-by film without requiring complicated work of measuring and cutting it to a registration mark C for reference even in a case where it requires pattern matching. SOLUTION: This film splicing device is provided with a stand-by side registration mark detection sensor 106 to detect a registration mark attached to the stand-by film 111, a stand-by side sensor position adjusting mechanism 107 to adjust the position of the stand-by side registration mark detection sensor 106, a supply side registration mark detection sensor 206 to detect the registration mark attached to a supply film 211, and a supply side sensor position adjusting mechanism 207 to adjust the position of the supply side registration mark detection sensor 206.
