PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vaporization degreasing unit in which the maintenance of a line speed and miniaturization are made possible, and which performs vaporization degreasing at a lower temperature in a shorter time compared with the conventional one and can deal with the removal of high boiling point oils and fats as well. SOLUTION: A blast duct 20 feeds heated air inside a box member 14. A discharge part 23 discharges the air inside the box member 14. In the box member 14, a winding roller 18 winds a hoop iron 12 and guides the same. A circulation fan 24 blows the air on the hoop iron 12 wound round the roller winding part 18A of the winding roller 18. At this time, the circulation fan 24 blows the air in a quantity larger than the quantity of the air to be fed by the blast duct 20 at a speed higher than that by the blast duct 20 to vaporize oils and fats on the surface of the hoop iron 12. Since the circulation fan 24 blows a large quantity of air on the hoop iron 12 at a high speed, the vaporization of oils and fats from the surface of the hoop iron 12 is accelerated for the purpose of keeping vapor-liquid equilibrium.
