The invention relates to a mobile telephone device consisting of (i) a storage device (1) (e.g. SIM/USIM card) comprising means of storing at least one application (3A, 4A) and (ii) at least one module which is used to manage arrays (5) of data from at least one application stored in said storage device. Moreover, the aforementioned module comprises means of receiving, via a remote access message (OTA), at least one instruction relating to an operation concerning a datum contained in an array from a specified application, means of accessing the array according to the instruction and means of performing at least one operation in relation to said at least one datum in the array in accordance with the instruction. The invention also relates to a method of managing data in arrays from applications stored in a card belonging to a piece of mobile telephone user equipment.
