<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a communication medium based on IT (information technology) from the global point of view with the development of an information-oriented society. <P>SOLUTION: Login is performed to a specified system, minimally three pieces of information of an opposite party (a name, a birth date, and a birth place) are inputted, and a message is registered. The contents can be confirmed by a third person having the same information, so that a plurality of questions and answers are registered. Contents are prepared to determine that an opposite party who can answer the questions is the identical person. When the opposite party forgets the answer, he or she can ask a question to a call originator.
