<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure of an antenna built-in portable timepiece such as a radio control watch equipped with a radio control function which is constituted so as to have a shape similar to a conventional portable timepiece and reduces constraints of exterior design of the conventional watch. <P>SOLUTION: A movement 104 is positioned by a positioning member 107 in a casing. The positioning member 107 comprises an insulative material. A receiving antenna 110 is disposed in the positioning member 107. The receiving antenna 110 is a bar antenna provided with an antenna core 110A comprising a soft magnetic material such as ferrite and a coil 110B wound onto the antenna core 110A. Both ends of the coil 110B are electrically connected to a pair of connection terminals 110C exposing to a third abutting face 107c. A pair of the connection terminals 110C is electrically connected to a pair of connection terminals 104p provided in the movement 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
