<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional food by formulating a coenzyme Q10 to be nearly daily ingested with various sauces which are health-conscious foods originally as a method for ingesting an active ingredient unconsciously in daily dietary life in order to prevent lifestyle-related diseases. <P>SOLUTION: The water-soluble coenzyme Q10 is formulated in various sauces.
