<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing device capable of reducing operation labor for data setting in setting items. <P>SOLUTION: This document processing device is provided with a selection means selecting an item, an input means inputting a numerical value in a numerical value input area matching the item, and a determination means determining whether the item matching the input numerical value input by the input means is selected by the selection means or not. When the numerical value is inputted by the input means, if it is determined that the item is not selected by the determination means, the item matching the numerical value input area, to which the numerical value is inputted, is selected to be displayed.
