<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undershirt for actively improving the movements of the shoulder and the arms through arranging materials each different in restraint power according to the movements of the muscles when throwing a ball and hitting a ball. <P>SOLUTION: The undershirt to be worn in a condition of almost sticking fast to the upper half of the body of a wearer comprises a main construction part made of a stretch material and a first material, a second material and a third material . The restraint power of the first material is stronger than that of the second material. The restraint power of the second material is stronger than that of the third material. The first material is arranged on a position including an area (17a) to be applied to at least part of the triceps muscle of the arm. The third material is arranged on an area (16) to be applied to at least part of the outside of a trapezius near a shoulder blade, at least part of the upper part of a broadest muscle of back and at least part of the inner part of a deltoid muscle.
