PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reproduction disabling processing for an optical information storage medium in a highly efficient and clean work environment. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a microwave oscillator 3 disposed in a microwave transmission path 2 whose both end surfaces 2a, 2b in a longitudinal direction are short to be rectangular and on which only the microwave of TE10 mode is transmitted, a slit 4 in a position opposite the microwave transmission path 2, a guide 6 for smoothly guiding an optical information storage medium 1 to the slit 4, and guiding the optical information storage medium 1 through the microwave transmission path 2 out of another slit 4 to the outside, and a roller 8 disposed in the guide 6 through a hole 6d bored in the guide 6 and linked with a driving device 7 to hold the optical information storage medium 1 between both surfaces.
