PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor of a single layer configuration having high sensitivity and superior electrostatic chargeability. SOLUTION: This photoreceptor is configured of the single layer photoreceptor containing at least an azo pigment and hole transport agent, and iuses a solvent-soluble fluorinated resin as a binder resin.
